Concept Korea Spring 2014 showcased the collection with a remarkable digital display on the back wall. The video presentation was a mix of a Pixar movie animation and an electronic concert light that introduced the crowd to the Korean vibe.
Concept Korea Spring 2014featured four designers.
Kaal E. Suktae by Lee Suk Tae was the first collection featuring mostly black and white looks showing cut outs and pleated skirts. The tailoring and detailed structure was perceived from beginning to end in every piece. An interesting look was a pleated black skirt with a pleated peplum top. Even though it was a full figure, the model still looked thin and edgy.
Second collection Choiboko by Choi Bo Ko was a presentation of a punk rock collection and big acid colored hair.
Beyond Closet by Ko Tae Yong began the collection with shocking white and cool blondes.
The last collection, Big Park by Park Youn Soo featured feminine silhouettes such as powder pink pleated leather jackets. The lovely digital geometric prints stood out in every garment, even in the leather jackets and coats. It was a fresh take on the overdone leather jacket ensemble.
