I had the chance to chat with
Nikki Perry (Chef De Cuisine) who catered the Baume & Mercier Party during the Hamptons International Film Festival. Together Chefs John and Nikki have decades of formal and practical training in the foodservice field. Formally, John holds a degree from the School of Hotel Administration from theUniversity of Denver, while Nikki is a graduate of the Epicurean French Culinary School of Los Angeles. Thier work history includes executive positions in several 3-4 star restaurants and Hotels, as well as a former partnership in a prominent NY times "Excellent" rated French Restaurant.
